While we typically do not identify with traditional pickle flavors, this one might be most reminiscent of a mildly sour deli pickle. Hints of caraway seed (like used in rye bread) give it a subtle anise flavor. We then add a handful of fresh dill – just so you know, we’re not playing around. Best enjoyed as a snacking pickle or a hoagie accessory.
